iManus is a digital rehabilitation app designed for **patients and caregivers**, helping individuals participate in structured rehabilitation programs from home or other convenient locations while staying connected with their rehabilitation care team. The app supports a broad range of rehabilitation needs, including recovery from neurological conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, surgery, mobility limitations, and other conditions that may affect a person's ability to perform everyday activities. With iManus, patients and caregivers can: * Access rehabilitation activities and exercises assigned by the care team * Follow personalized and scheduled rehabilitation programs * Complete rehabilitation activities at convenient times and locations * Record and share rehabilitation progress with the care team * Communicate with rehabilitation professionals remotely * Receive updated activities and rehabilitation plans * Continue rehabilitation between in-person appointments * Access rehabilitation services more easily when living in rural or remote communities Healthcare professionals and clinics use the separate iManus professional web platform to manage rehabilitation programs, review patient progress, communicate with patients and caregivers, and update assigned activities. iManus supports both synchronous and asynchronous communication, helping patients, caregivers, and rehabilitation professionals stay connected throughout the rehabilitation journey. By extending rehabilitation beyond the clinic, iManus helps improve access to care, support continuity of rehabilitation, and make participation in rehabilitation programs more flexible and convenient.
